Kendal Allemekinders

Kendal Allemekinders is a Senior Associate at Dentons in Edmonton, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, share and asset purchase transactions, corporate governance, and organization.

Kendal has advised Universal Rail Systems Inc. in connection with its sales process by way of plan of arrangement, by which it was acquired by American Track Services LLC. She has also advised Peninsula Capital Partners, LLC on the purchase of Peak Integrated Solutions Inc., on the purchase of TGOB Enterprises Inc. and Pure Audio Visual Inc., and on the sale of Herbers Autobody Repair Inc. to Lift Auto Group.

She holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2019) and a BBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University (2016). She was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
