Nadia Haymour

Nadia Haymour is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Corporate group in Edmonton, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. She carries on a general corporate commercial practice and has experience advising clients on corporate organisation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters including drafting commercial agreements.

Her representative experience includes advising Gentell Snow Acquisition Corp. as Canadian counsel on its acquisition of Derma Sciences Canada Inc., advising Tryten Technologies Inc. on the sale of all of its shares to Capsa, representing Ideaspark Labs Inc. on the sale of all of its shares to a subsidiary of Embracer Group AB, and representing Bunzl Canada Inc. on its acquisitions of Capital Paper Products Limited and Snelling Paper & Sanitation Ltd.

Nadia joined Dentons as a summer student in 2015 and returned as an articling student in 2017.

She is recognised in The Best Lawyers in Canada – Ones to Watch for Corporate Governance Practice and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. She holds a JD (2017) and a B.A. (2013) from the University of Alberta, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
