Maggie Moore

Maggie Moore is an Associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She primarily represents lenders in commercial lending transactions, with experience in acquisition financing, multi-lender arrangements, asset-backed lending and cross-border transactions.

Maggie has acted as counsel to Bank of Montreal in its capacity as administrative agent on Blue Ant Media Corporation's acquisition of Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. for $89 million, and on Blue Ant Media's go-public reverse takeover transaction of Boat Rocker Media Inc., which involved the amendment and restatement of a $155 million secured credit facility.

Maggie holds a J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (2022) and a degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University (2018). She joined Dentons as a summer student in 2021.
