Tae Young Bae

Tae Young Bae is an Associate in the firm's Banking and Finance practice, based in the Vancouver office. He represents lenders and borrowers in various commercial lending transactions, including multi-lender arrangements, acquisition financing, and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Bae joined Dentons as a summer student in 2023 and has advised Bank of Montreal as administrative agent in connection with Blue Ant Media Corporation's go-public reverse takeover transaction of Boat Rocker Media Inc., which involved the amendment and restatement of a CAD$155 million secured credit facility.

He holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2024) and a B.Sc. from the same institution (2021). He was the recipient of the Raymond G. Herbert Award in Law for Best All-Round Graduating Student at UBC in 2024.
