Marcus D. Szyron

Marcus D. Szyron is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons' Edmonton office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He maintains a broad litigation practice, focusing on commercial litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, intellectual property and trademark disputes, personal injury litigation, contractual disputes, and construction and infrastructure disputes.

Marcus has assisted in complex intellectual property matters before the Federal Court of Canada, supporting clients in the technology, financial services, and entertainment sectors in protecting and enforcing core brand and content rights. He has appeared and successfully represented clients before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and Alberta Court of Justice, and has assisted in complex Alberta Court of Appeal and arbitration matters.

Marcus holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta (2021) and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Alberta (2017).
