Tre Ross

Tre Ross is an Associate in the firm's Corporate group, based in the Edmonton office, practicing in Corporate Law. He maintains a broad corporate and commercial law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and financial services.

Mr. Ross advises on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, represents both lenders and borrowers in debt and financing matters, and supports a range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and development projects. His experience spans the full lifecycle of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence through to the drafting and negotiation of key arrangements.

Tre holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law (2025) and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from MacEwan University (2021). He completed his articles with Dentons in Edmonton from 2025-2026 before joining the firm as an associate. He serves on the Board of the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Chapter of the Commercial Property and Leasing Section.
