Trycia Nielsen

Trycia Nielsen is a Paralegal in the Banking and Finance and Real Estate groups at Dentons in Montréal. With over a decade of experience, she focuses her practice on financing and real estate transactions as well as the due diligence process integral to these mandates. Her prior in-house experience has also equipped her to contribute effectively to corporate transactions, including share acquisitions and dispositions, franchise agreements, and a broad range of commercial contracts.

Having practised in both private practice and in-house settings, she brings a well-rounded perspective to complex transactions and a proven ability to support lawyers, clients, and deal teams through every stage of the transaction lifecycle.

She holds a Paralegal Studies DEC from Cégep de Lanaudière à L'Assomption (2016) and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University (2024), providing a solid grounding in both Canadian (Québec) and American legal frameworks. She also holds a micro-certificate in Esports Development from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (2024). She is a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals.
