Chloé Bourque

Chloé Bourque is an Associate at Dentons in Montréal, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She works with clients in the private and public sectors on M&A, securities transactions, and corporate finance.

Chloé has advised on a number of significant transactions, including advising Cascades Inc. on its US$400 million private placement of senior notes; advising a leading North American glass distributor on the acquisition of the Canadian distribution business of Driven Brands Holdings Inc.; advising Renold Public Limited Company on its acquisition of the trade and net assets of MAC Chain Company Ltd (U.S.) and the entire issued share capital of MAC Chain Company Limited (Canada); advising the underwriters, led by ATB Capital Markets Inc., on an offering of units of Organigram Holdings Inc. for gross proceeds of CA$28.8 million; and advising Aya Gold & Silver Inc. on a bought deal public offering for gross proceeds of CA$77.6 million.

She holds an LL.B from the Université de Montréal (2022) and was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2023.
