Abida Ludin

Abida Ludin is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group in Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice focuses on transactional and commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate law, private equity and venture capital.

Abida regularly advises clients on the purchase, sale and merger of companies, both domestic and cross‑border, and is involved in all stages of the process, including due diligence and contract drafting and review. Notable matters include advising Blackrock Metals Inc. on its CA$140 million reverse takeover transaction of Strategic Resources Inc., advising Amrikart on its sale to Groupe ADF, and advising a Montreal‑based fintech company on its sale to a U.S. multinational technology company.

Abida holds a J.D. (2017) and an LL.B. (2016) from the Université de Montréal, and a Certificate in Chinese Law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
