Guillaume Savard

Guillaume Savard is a Partner in the Corporate group in Montréal and leads Dentons' Montréal Venture Technology practice, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. His practice focuses on M&A, venture capital, and complex commercial transactions involving technologies, representing clients in Canadian and cross‑border investment, acquisition, divestment, distribution, development, licensing, and financing.

Guillaume has advised on numerous significant transactions, including advising Ryan on its $700 million cross‑border acquisition of Altus Group's property tax services business; advising Clementia Pharmaceuticals Inc. on its US$137.9 million IPO on NASDAQ; advising Eski Inc. (d/b/a PixMob) on its sale of the KLIK division to Bizzabo Ltd.; advising UHP Networks Inc. and its shareholders on its US$38 million acquisition by Comtech Telecommunications Corp.; advising EACOM Timber Corporation on its sale to Interfor Corporation; and advising Cosette Pharmaceuticals Inc. on its CA$25 million acquisition of the IP assets of Endoceutics Inc. He also advises on major infrastructure projects, including Transport Canada's High Frequency Rail project and the Montreal Port Authority's Contrecoeur Container Terminal development.

Guillaume holds an LL.B from the Université de Sherbrooke (2013) and attended the Salzburg Summer School of Private Law (2013). He was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2014.
