Marianne Khairi-Arancibia

Marianne Khairi-Arancibia is an Associate in the Corporate group at Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice covers transactional and commercial law, with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, supporting clients throughout the transactional and financing process.

Marianne offers expertise in due diligence, contract drafting and review. She has advised a Quebec-based digital technology company on convertible note financing and secondary sale transactions, and a Quebec-based elevator parts manufacturer on the sale of its business to a United Kingdom-based global manufacturer and supplier.

Marianne holds a J.D. and an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal, a Certificate in Chinese Law from the China University of Political Science and Law, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History from Concordia University.
