Pierre D. Saint-Aubin

Pierre D. Saint-Aubin is a Partner in the Tax group at Dentons' Montréal office, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. His practice focuses on business law and taxation, and he is recognized for his extensive expertise in corporate reorganization, the transfer of family businesses, and tax and estate planning.

Pierre has a thorough understanding of the tax implications of every decision his clients make, and has advised a number of Québec SMEs and large companies through their mergers and acquisitions. He holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa (1989) and completed studies at the Master degree in Taxation program at the Université de Sherbrooke (1991).
