Claire Emery

Claire Emery is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons' Calgary office. Her practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, maintaining a broad corporate, commercial and civil litigation practice.

She assists with matters across Canada and on cross-border disputes, including shareholder and general commercial contractual disputes.

Claire has assisted with matters before the Alberta Securities Commission, the Court of Justice of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

She brings experience in legal and policy research. Before joining Dentons, she worked in strategic research and advisory roles, supporting public- and private-sector clients through complex qualitative and quantitative analysis. Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Claire was a summer student and articled with the firm.

She holds a JD from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law and an HBA from the University of British Columbia.
