Corey Villeneuve

Corey Villeneuve is a Senior Law Clerk in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons, based in Ottawa. He is a highly experienced litigation support professional with over 30 years of experience assisting counsel in complex commercial disputes.

Corey has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including contractual, employment, share purchase, procurement, and insurance defence matters. He has particular expertise in e‑discovery processes, including negotiating discovery plans, forensic analysis of electronically stored information, and managing electronic filing and trial presentation. He also maintains a dedicated Supreme Court of Canada practice, providing Ottawa agent services to counsel across Canada. He routinely advises on leave to appeal applications, interlocutory motions, appeal procedures, and compliance with the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada.

He holds a B.A. in Undergraduate Law from Carleton University (1992) and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
