Fraser Mackinnon Blair

Fraser Mackinnon Blair is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Ottawa, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He assists local, regional and national clients in a variety of corporate, commercial, tendering, contractual, construction, leasing, real estate development, professional negligence, insolvency and products liability disputes.

Fraser has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada, and has worked on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal, the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal. He has advised Court‑appointed Receivers, property owners, contractors and product manufacturers in construction deficiency claims, professional negligence disputes, oppression remedy claims, and enforcement of debt obligations.

Fraser holds a J.D. and an M.A. from the University of Ottawa, and a B.A. from Acadia University.
