Ramy Sarouf

Ramy Sarouf is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons in Ottawa, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He holds an LL.M. with a concentration in International Trade and Foreign Investment Law, with a research focus on investor‑state dispute settlement.

Ramy is trained in both of Canada's legal traditions, holding both a J.D. (common law) and an LL.L. (civil law). While in law school, he represented the University of Ottawa at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot in London, United Kingdom, where his team placed 5th out of over 100 teams from around the world. He joined Dentons after completing his summer and articling programs with the Firm and provides legal services to clients in both English and French.

He holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Foreign Investment Law (2024), a J.D. cum laude (2023), and an LL.L. cum laude (2022), all from the University of Ottawa. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
