Rachel Nicole Kuchma

Rachel Nicole Kuchma is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons in Ottawa, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, advising clients on contractual disputes, real estate litigation, tort claims, and estates and trusts matters.

Rachel has assisted clients at all levels of court in Ontario, and has experience with breach of contract claims, commercial leasing disputes, and estate matters. She has also contributed to matters involving conflict of laws, professional negligence, and corporate disputes. She was part of the University of Ottawa team at the Canadian Copyright Policy Moot, winning Best Memorandum to Cabinet Award for a paper on AI and Canadian copyright law.

Rachel holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2023), with a specialization in Law and Technology, and an Honours Specialization in Health Science from the University of Western Ontario (2013). She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, and The Advocates' Society.
