Amélie Pelland

Amélie Pelland is Counsel in Dentons' Employment and Labour group in the Montréal office, specialising in Employment Law. She advises employers on collective and individual labour relations at both provincial and national levels, and represents them before all levels of court and administrative tribunals.

Amélie's practice covers labour standards, grievance arbitration, employment contract drafting, psychological harassment, human rights, hiring, performance management, termination, work injury, occupational diseases and occupational health and safety.

Amélie holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (1998) and a Minor in Psychology from the Université de Montréal (1995). She is a member of the Québec Bar.
