Christian Létourneau

Christian Létourneau is the Managing Partner of Dentons' Montréal office and local lead of the firm's Employment and Labour practice group, specializing in employment and labour law, pensions, and litigation and dispute resolution.

He advises and represents clients before all levels of court and various tribunals, with particular expertise in psychological harassment cases. He also acts as a conciliator and has negotiated several collective agreements, and regularly provides strategic counsel in commercial transactions. He has successfully defended clients or negotiated advantageous agreements in psychological harassment matters, advised on complex pension plan issues, and represented clients before the Quebec Labour Relations Board and in arbitration proceedings.

Christian holds an LL.B from the Université de Montréal (1988).

He is a member of the Québec Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment Law.
