Arianne Bouchard

Arianne Bouchard is the National Co-Leader of the Employment and Labour group at Dentons in Montreal, specializing in Employment Law. She advises employers on collective and individual labour relations at both provincial and federal levels, including hiring and termination, disciplinary measures, layoffs, human rights, employment standards, and the interpretation of collective agreements and employment contracts.

Arianne has particular expertise in administrative law, representing employers in extraordinary appeals before civil courts, including injunctions and judicial reviews. She is frequently involved in corporate restructurings and M&A transactions, providing strategic employment advice. Notable matters include advising Ryan on its $700 million cross‑border acquisition of Altus Group's property tax services business; advising KPS Capital Partners as Canadian counsel on the $3.45 billion acquisition of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope; advising EPR Properties on its acquisition of Village Vacances Valcartier and Calypso Waterpark; and acting as counsel in injunction cases during labour disputes, including at the Hilton Québec. She has appeared before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and various administrative boards and tribunals.

Arianne holds a BCL/LL.B from McGill University (2012) and a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Avoidance and Resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke (2019). She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines du Québec.
