Guillaume Rioux

Guillaume Rioux is an Associate in the Employment and Labour group in Dentons' Montréal office, advising clients on a wide range of workplace law matters, including labour and employment law, administrative and public law, workplace health and safety, and representation before tribunals and courts.

He supports both public and private sector employers, providing practical, results-oriented advice on day-to-day workplace issues as well as strategic guidance on risk management. He also assists with employment-related matters arising in the context of legislative reforms and regulatory developments in Québec, offering insight into evolving workplace laws and compliance requirements.

Guillaume holds a LL.L. (cum laude) in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa (2022) and was called to the Québec Bar in 2023. He is fluent in both English and French.
