Denis Manzo

Denis Manzo is a Partner in Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in employment and labour law. He provides strategic advice to federal and provincial unionized and non-unionized employers across Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and the Maritimes on labour, employment and human rights matters.

He represents employers before federal and provincial labour relations boards, arbitration tribunals and civil courts at both the federal and provincial levels. His practice encompasses union certifications, collective agreement negotiation and interpretation, grievance arbitration, executive employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, dismissals, restructuring, human rights, privacy, health and safety, and defence of harassment and discrimination claims. He also advises on pension plans, benefits, and access to information.

Denis holds an LL.L. from the Université de Montréal (1981).

He is recognised by Chambers Canada for Employment & Labour in Québec and by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment Law. He is a member of the Dentons Canada National Partnership Board and a contributing editor of the Management Rights journal.
