Sarah-émilie Dubois

Sarah-Émilie Dubois is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour group of Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Employment Law. She counsels clients on labour and occupational health and safety matters, and has appeared before the Court of Québec, Superior Court, grievance arbitrators and the Administrative Labour Tribunal.

Sarah-Émilie began her professional career in 2009 as a law clerk and joined the litigation department of the CNESST in 2013, where she developed her expertise in labour law. She later worked in the litigation team of the Association de la construction du Québec. She has successfully represented clients before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec, and has negotiated out-of-court settlements in occupational health and safety matters, obtaining acquittals or charge withdrawals. She also advises clients on CNESST investigations following workplace fatalities. She is a member of the Québec Bar since 2017 and holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (2015).
