Camille Paradis-Loiselle

Camille Paradis-Loiselle is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Labour group in Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Employment Law. She provides strategic advice to federally and provincially regulated employers on all aspects of labour and employment law at both the collective and individual levels, including occupational health and safety, labour standards, disciplinary measures, collective agreement interpretation, psychological harassment, accommodation and human rights.

Camille assists employers with the negotiation, drafting and review of employment contracts, service contracts, confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements. She has appeared before various judicial and administrative bodies, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal, arbitration tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. Prior to joining Dentons, she practised at an international law firm.

Camille holds an LL.L. from the University of Ottawa (2016). She is a member of the Québec Bar, the Young Bar Association of Montreal and the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal.
