Marie-Noël Massicotte

Marie-Noël Massicotte is Counsel in Dentons Canada's Employment and Labor practice group in the Montréal office, specialising in Employment Law. She advises clients on employment and labor issues under both federal and provincial jurisdiction, covering individual and collective labour relations, employment standards, human rights, psychological harassment, hiring and termination, employment contract drafting, disciplinary actions, and performance and absenteeism management.

Marie-Noël has experience advising on matters including compensation following dismissal without sufficient cause, as well as on the labour and employment aspects of major corporate transactions. She holds an LL.B. from UQÀM (1996) and is a member of the Québec Bar.
