Brandan Ignazzitto

Brandan Ignazzitto is an Associate in the Corporate, Securities, Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies, and Banking and Finance groups in Dentons' Ottawa office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He focuses on corporate law, corporate financings, and mergers and acquisitions within the technology sector, advising high-growth emerging technology companies, venture capital funds, investors and founders on corporate governance, venture capital transactions, private placements and other business law matters.

Brandan is a member of the Dentons Canada Startup Program, supporting clients from formation through to exit. He holds a J.D. from Queen's Law, where he was a competitive moot oralist and coach and co-founded the Queen's Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Club, and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. He also holds an Honours B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a specialization in law from Carleton University.
