Heather Lovell

Heather Lovell is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies groups at Dentons, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She assists clients with corporate financing, M&A transactions and general corporate matters across a variety of industries, including information technology and health tech.

Prior to joining Dentons, Heather practiced at a leading boutique business law firm in Ottawa, representing founders and startup companies from formation to exit, as well as the venture capital investors who support them. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2014) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours), summa cum laude, from McMaster University (2010).
