Max Reedijk

Max Reedijk is a Senior Associate in the municipal, land use planning and development law group at Dentons' Toronto office, specialising in Real Estate Law. He has a broad range of experience advising landowners and developers on issues relating to the use, development and redevelopment of land.

Max also has extensive experience in construction and infrastructure law, expropriation and general commercial litigation. He has advised private owners, developers and government agencies on high-profile infrastructure and light rail transit projects, multi-residential and mixed-use developments, public procurement issues, and complex expropriation claims. He has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has drafted written materials for the Supreme Court of Canada.

Max holds a J.D. from Queen's University (2016) and a B.A. from the University of Toronto (2013). He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates' Society.
