Vikki-Ann Flansberry

Vikki-Ann Flansberry is a Partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in the Montréal office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. She specializes in civil and commercial litigation, primarily in the fields of insurance, civil liability, product liability, and construction law.

Ms. Flansberry has appeared numerous times before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and various administrative tribunals. She successfully defended the Montréal Harbor Commission in the highly publicized litigation involving the obligation to wear helmets and religious accommodations, prevailing in all courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. She also represents insurance companies, brokers, manufacturers, and transportation companies in professional liability, product liability, and class action matters, as well as investors, owners, and contractors in construction disputes.

She holds an LLB from the Université de Montréal (2002) and a B.A. in translation from Concordia University (1999). She has been recognized by The Legal 500 Canada in Dispute Resolution.
